In April, in commemoration of ANZAC Day, I felt inspired to paint a picturesque field of poppies. The vibrant hues, the sun's warm orange glow casting its light on the delicate petals, and the serene backdrop of the sky and poppy fields ignited my creativity.
During one of our classes, we gathered outside, greeted by a gentle breeze that added to the tranquillity of the moment. As we painted, laughter filled the air, and amidst the strokes of our brushes, meaningful conversations about ANZAC Day and the upcoming ceremony ensued. It was a truly unforgettable day, filled with camaraderie and connection, and I felt immensely grateful to have shared that experience with such wonderful individuals who joined me in creating art.
